Goal
Provide captions for all prerecorded video with audio so that users who are deaf or hard of hearing can understand the spoken content and important sound effects.
Captions must include:
- Dialogue (who is speaking, what is said)
- Important sounds (music, laughter, [door creaks], etc.)
- Synchronisation (appear in time with the audio)
